2017 IYC Youth Sailing
Welcome to 2017 Youth Sailing! Completing this application is the first part of the registration process. Once you have completed the application you will be asked to electronically sign the Permission and Waiver Form. You will need to confirm your electronic signature by responding to an email you will be sent. When you have completed these steps please send your payment to Tor Taylor, Registrar: P.O. Box 863, Point Reyes Station, CA 94956. Registration is not complete without all of these steps.
If you are registering a first-time camper who is under 13 years old, you must also send some form of proof of birth date. This may be a passport, birth certificate, or other official record of birth date. Please note that first time campers under 13 years old who do not submit this information will not be registered.
Confirmation of enrollment status will start on February 1, 2017.
IYC has a limited amount of money for applicant financial aid. If you are applying for aid, or requesting a payment plan please complete the appropriate sections of this form. Even if you are applying for aid you must send a minimum payment of $300 with the required forms in order to complete your application. If this poses hardship please email the Registrar. Financial aid awards will be determined by February 25. Thereafter any remaining payment will be due. If you are requesting a payment plan, please indicate that in the appropriate section and include your first payment with the additional mailed forms.
Please note the following schedule for refunds of camp fees: - withdrawal from camp by March 1 = full refund - withdrawal from camp by April 1 = $600 refund - withdrawal from camp by April 15 = $300 refund - withdrawal from camp after April 16 no refund
